Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using bdtwin. By accessing or using any part of the platform, you agree to be legally bound by these terms in full.

These Terms & Conditions govern all use of the bdtwin platform at bdtwin.app and supersede all prior versions.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and bdtwin ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the bdtwin website, mobile-optimised web application, and all related services including sports betting, live casino, crash games, slot machines, promotions, and customer support.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the bdtwin platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

bdtwin reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bdtwin will notify registered Members via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following any posted change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail. These Terms are intended to be read and applied in the context of Bangladeshi players accessing the platform for entertainment purposes.

🔞 Eligibility & Age Verification

21+ Only The bdtwin platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. Registering an account on bdtwin constitutes your declaration that you are at least 21 years old. If bdtwin has reason to believe that a Member is under 21, the account will be suspended immediately and all associated funds may be withheld pending investigation.

1.1 — Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on bdtwin. bdtwin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including during withdrawal processing. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.

1.2 — Personal Account Only

You may only register and maintain a single personal account. Accounts must be registered in your own legal name and may not be shared with or used by any other person. Each individual may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.

1.3 — Jurisdiction Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is permitted in your jurisdiction before accessing bdtwin. bdtwin provides no legal advice and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. By using the platform, you accept full legal responsibility for your participation.

👤 Account Registration

To access the full range of bdtwin services, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

2.1 — Registration Information

You must provide a valid mobile number, a unique username, and a secure password during registration. You agree that all information submitted is truthful and belongs to you personally. Providing false identity information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and fund forfeiture.

2.2 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bdtwin will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately.

2.3 — Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bdtwin may require identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain promotions. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension.

2.4 — Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting bdtwin support. Pending bets will be settled according to standard rules. Any remaining balance after settlements will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied.

💳 Deposits & Withdrawals

bdtwin operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and supports a range of local payment methods for your convenience. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the conditions set out in this section.

3.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

bdtwin currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. bdtwin reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

3.2 — Minimum Transaction Amounts

Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction
Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction
Maximum single withdrawal: subject to your account tier and verification status
Withdrawal processing time: bKash and Nagad within 30 minutes; bank transfers within 1–3 business days

3.3 — Deposit Responsibility

All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. bdtwin reserves the right to return funds and suspend accounts where deposits are made from accounts not matching the registered Member's identity.

3.4 — Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. bdtwin reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

3.5 — Currency & Fees

All transactions are conducted in BDT. bdtwin does not charge platform-level fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. bdtwin bears no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment processors.

🏏 Betting & Gaming Rules

4.1 — Bet Placement

All bets are final once confirmed. bdtwin is not responsible for errors made by the Member during the bet placement process, including incorrect stake amounts, wrong selections, or missed deadlines. It is the Member's responsibility to review all bet details before confirming.

4.2 — Odds & Market Integrity

bdtwin reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error, including technical errors, human input errors, or data feed malfunctions. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Member's account. Bets placed on clearly incorrect odds will not be honoured.

4.3 — Event Cancellation & Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not replayed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. For cricket matches affected by weather (DLS method applied), bdtwin follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body, including the ICC, BCB, and BCCI.

4.4 — Casino & RNG Games

All casino games offered on bdtwin, including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. bdtwin does not manipulate game outcomes.

4.5 — Maximum Winnings

bdtwin reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits on individual bets, game rounds, or within a defined period. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. Winnings above the stated limit may be capped and any excess will not be credited.

⚠️ Important: All bonuses and promotional offers on bdtwin are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements. Claiming a bonus constitutes your acceptance of the associated terms. Bonus terms are published separately for each promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.1 — Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier, qualifying games, minimum odds, and validity period are stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the validity period will result in bonus forfeiture.

5.2 — One Bonus Per Household

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. bdtwin reserves the right to withdraw bonus funds and associated winnings where abuse of promotional terms is detected, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer.

5.3 — Promotion Modification & Withdrawal

bdtwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-period, Members who have already claimed the offer and are actively meeting wagering requirements will be given reasonable time to complete those requirements.

🚫 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdtwin platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds including deposits and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

6.1 — Prohibited Activities

Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
Opening more than one account or using another person's account
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information
Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage
Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
Match fixing or placing bets in connection with inside information regarding a sporting event
Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform to process illicit funds
Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities rather than reporting them
Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdtwin staff, agents, or other Members
Reverse-engineering, copying, or reproducing any element of the bdtwin platform without written authorisation

21+ Only bdtwin is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. All Members are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time reminders, and loss limits from their account settings. Self-exclusion is available to any Member who requires it.

7.1 — Player Protection Tools

bdtwin provides deposit limits, session time limits, reality checks, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. These can be activated immediately from your account settings panel. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for the period selected. Requests to reinstate a self-excluded account before the exclusion period expires will be declined.

All content on the bdtwin platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of bdtwin or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the bdtwin platform without prior written consent from bdtwin. Unauthorised use of bdtwin intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

9.1 — Service Availability

bdtwin does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, or third-party infrastructure failures may cause temporary unavailability. bdtwin will not be liable for any losses, missed bets, or opportunities arising from platform downtime.

9.2 — Accuracy of Information

While bdtwin makes every reasonable effort to ensure that odds, scores, statistics, and other data are accurate and up to date, bdtwin does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of any data displayed on the platform. Members should independently verify information before making betting decisions.

9.3 — Aggregate Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdtwin's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 — Third-Party Services

bdtwin integrates third-party game studios, payment processors, and data providers. bdtwin is not liable for any failures, errors, interruptions, or losses arising from the acts or omissions of any third-party service provider. Any disputes relating to game outcomes from a licensed studio must be directed to that studio's official dispute resolution process.

bdtwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bdtwin uses SSL encryption across all pages and transactions to protect your personal and financial data. Account passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing algorithms and are never accessible in plain text by bdtwin staff. All payment transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment infrastructure.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and bdtwin, the Member should first contact the bdtwin support team at [email protected] with full details of the complaint. bdtwin will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to engage in good-faith mediation before pursuing any formal legal process.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bdtwin with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and bdtwin.
