This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how bdtwin ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information provided by or collected from users ("Player", "Member", "You") who access or use any service on the bdtwin website or mobile-optimised web application at bdtwin.app.

By registering an account or using any feature of the bdtwin platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the data practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with how bdtwin handles your personal data, you must cease using the platform and may request account deletion by contacting our support team.

bdtwin uses your personal data only for clearly defined, legitimate purposes directly related to the operation of the platform and the delivery of services to you as a Member. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes under any circumstances.

bdtwin does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with trusted partners under strict contractual obligations, and only to the extent necessary to deliver platform services or comply with legal requirements.

bdtwin retains your personal data for as long as your account remains active and for a defined period thereafter, consistent with legal, regulatory, and operational requirements.

Once the applicable retention period has expired, personal data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Data held for legal compliance purposes cannot be deleted early even upon Member request.

bdtwin employs a layered security architecture to protect your personal and financial data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Our security measures are reviewed and updated on a continuous basis to address emerging threats.

Key security controls include: end-to-end SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit; AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest; two-factor authentication (2FA) available to all Members; access controls ensuring staff can only access data relevant to their specific role; regular independent security audits and penetration testing; and real-time fraud detection systems that monitor for anomalous account behaviour.

Despite these measures, no digital system can guarantee absolute security. In the unlikely event of a data breach that poses a significant risk to Members, bdtwin will notify affected Members and relevant authorities promptly and in accordance with applicable data breach notification obligations.

bdtwin reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, platform features, or applicable legal requirements. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect how we use your personal data or reduce your rights — bdtwin will notify registered Members via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform homepage, with a minimum of 14 days advance notice before the changes take effect.

For minor or clarifying changes that do not affect the substance of data processing, bdtwin will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this Policy and the revised version will take effect immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.

Your continued use of the bdtwin platform after any posted change constitutes your acknowledgement of the revised Policy. If you disagree with any material change, you may close your account by contacting [email protected] before the effective date of the change.

Please include your registered username and a clear description of your request. For erasure or portability requests, you may also be asked to verify your identity before the request is processed. bdtwin will not charge a fee for standard privacy requests.
